Ms. Yingzhen Luo serves as the Managing Director of PTCC, leveraging her elite education and vast experience to provide valuable counsel in marketing, channel management, and capital market expertise. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the prestigious Sun Yat-Sen University's School of Business and an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School.

In her role at PTCC, she wears many hats beyond client services. Ms. Luo oversees project management, spearheads hiring and training initiatives, manages the operating budget, and ensures that business procedures align with and exceed client expectations.

Boasting over 15 years of executive-level experience in capital market management corporations, Ms. Luo's leadership has left a notable imprint on industry giants such as China Universal Asset Management, Southern Asset Management, and Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. Her strategic acumen has been instrumental in the development of fund products, marketing strategies, and operation management, underlining her role as a transformative leader and a vanguard in her field.

Maggie is the Chief Strategist of PTCC, offering senior strategic counsel to PTCC's clients from across the country. Maggie's research and policy background has prepared her ability to work with clients on business management, strategy development, and leading the team to complex, integrated management consulting assignments.

Maggie has a reputation for innovative leadership, smart, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and direct and honest counsel.  

Maggie holds a Master's degree in Litigation law from Wuhan University, one of China's top universities. She had given lectures at university for several years before relocating to Canada for her next chapter of Career. 

In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with friends. 

Yu Yang serves as a Management Consultant at PTCC, where she expertly crafts daily plans tailored to meet and exceed client expectations. With over 15 years of experience in Network Development within the automotive industry, she has gained profound insights into both the wholesale and retail facets of the business.

Her expertise extends beyond industry knowledge to encompass strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. She exhibits a knack for developing and designing innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Yu's capacity to efficiently manage multiple tasks, coupled with her reliable and flexible nature, allows her to adapt effectively to changing business environments. Yu holds Master of Economics Law degree from Remin University of China.

Further augmenting her credentials, Roxanne is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Washinton) in the United States. This prestigious qualification is a testament to her advanced knowledge and ethical standards in accounting, enhancing her expertise and credibility in the field.

As a seasoned Management Accountant at our boutique marketing firm, Lydia plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and guiding strategic decision-making. With a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in accounting principles, Lydia is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of financial data, which serves as the backbone for our firm's financial planning and strategy.

In her role, Lydia works in the development of budgets, conducts financial forecasting, and carries out comprehensive variance analyses. They provide in-depth financial reports, perform cost analyses, and help shape clients' internal control policies and procedures. Qingyu holds a degree in business technology management with a concentration in business analytics from Sauder School of Business in UBC. She is very passionate about providing stakeholder analytical data reporting, addresses the limitation of these reports, and enriches the content with critical thinking skills, helping clients form an optical decision-making process. 

In PTCC, Qingyu supports the team in researching and analyzing data, monitor trends, indicators, and competitors to identify and compile information and data, model uncertainties. Having hands-on experience in data management and visualization tools such as Tableau. She can help clients transform data into meaningful insights and help businesses make informed decisions. In addition, She handles company and clients' marketing activities, monitoring and developing promotional materials.

You can find her learning everything about real estate investment, stock trading and playing the classical piano. 

 With a rich background spanning fifteen years in marketing across Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, Lilian Qian brings unparalleled expertise to our team. As our Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for crafting and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies while liaising with potential investors and tenants.

Lilian leverages her extensive international experience to reference successful commercial real estate models from various regions, aiming to enhance foot traffic and engagement in our shopping complexes. Her innovative sales techniques and client-focused approach consistently elevate the experience for our clients and invigorate our community malls.

A graduate of Fudan University, one of China's top institutions, with a bachelor's degree in economics, Lilian's superior macroeconomic analytical skills significantly bolster her effectiveness in her role. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic skier and tennis player, bringing the same energy and dedication to her personal pursuits as she does to her professional endeavors.

 Michael is a dedicated Full Stack Developer with two years of experience in building dynamic web applications and APIs. Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Angular, he also excels in back-end development using Node.js, Express, and Python, along with databases like MongoDB and MySQL. 

At PTCC, Michael has successfully developed and maintained web applications, collaborating with UX/UI designers to enhance user engagement and optimize performance. Committed to continuous learning, Michael stays current with industry trends and showcases his skills through a portfolio of personal projects. He is eager to leverage his expertise to contribute to innovative projects that make a meaningful impact.

Jennilee Novak is an accomplished Assistant Property Manager, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our building facilities. She excels in staff management, operations coordination, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Jennilee's responsibilities include tenant and contractor liaison, maintaining records, handling banking and reception duties, and managing financial tasks like accounting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable.

Her strategic approach has led to the implementation of new, efficiency-boosting procedures and technologies. Demonstrating strong leadership, she has effectively managed teams and contractors in a large shopping centre in Saskatchewan, showcasing her capability as a valuable member of our team.

Anthony serves as a highly proficient Administrative Secretary bringing with a wealth of experience and a meticulous eye for detail, Anthony plays a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and management consulting teams. He skillfully prepares and edits a variety of documents, including correspondence, invoices, presentations, and reports. His adept handling of both manual and digital filing systems ensures that all information is organized and easily accessible.

In addition to his document management expertise, Anthony coordinates the flow of communication within the team and with external departments and organizations. He manages the scheduling and confirmation of appointments and meetings, ensuring that all arrangements are seamlessly executed. His role also involves greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
