Managing Director: Yingzhen Luo, MBA

Ms. Yingzhen Luo serves as the Managing Director of PTCC, leveraging her elite education and vast experience to provide valuable counsel in marketing, channel management, and capital market expertise. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the prestigious Sun Yat-Sen University's School of Business and an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School.
In her role at PTCC, she wears many hats beyond client services. Ms. Luo oversees project management, spearheads hiring and training initiatives, manages the operating budget, and ensures that business procedures align with and exceed client expectations.
Boasting over 15 years of executive-level experience in capital market management corporations, Ms. Luo's leadership has left a notable imprint on industry giants such as China Universal Asset Management, Southern Asset Management, and Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. Her strategic acumen has been instrumental in the development of fund products, marketing strategies, and operation management, underlining her role as a transformative leader and a vanguard in her field.

Maggie is the Chief Strategist of PTCC, offering senior strategic counsel to PTCC's clients from across the country. Maggie's research and policy background has prepared her ability to work with clients on business management, strategy development, and leading the team to complex, integrated management consulting assignments.
Maggie has a reputation for innovative leadership, smart, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and direct and honest counsel.
Maggie holds a Master's degree in Litigation law from Wuhan University, one of China's top universities. She had given lectures at university for several years before relocating to Canada for her next chapter of Career.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with friends.

As our Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for crafting and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies while liaising with potential investors and tenants.
Lilian leverages her extensive international experience to reference successful commercial real estate models from various regions, aiming to enhance foot traffic and engagement in our shopping complexes. Her innovative sales techniques and client-focused approach consistently elevate the experience for our clients and invigorate our community malls.

Michael is a dedicated Full Stack Developer with two years of experience in building dynamic web applications and APIs.
